Radiation Hazard Assessment Date 26 th November 2025 FCC ID 2AC2O-CHU200TPRC Brand Name Windcave Product Desktop Payment Terminal Model Number CHU200TP Release C Manufacturer Windcave Limited Country of Origin New Zealand Serial Number(s) 3425230068 Firmware version v3.0.0.6-E Antenna type and gain The NFC antenna is a 2-turn loop antenna around the perimeter of the LCD with gain of zero. The device tested is Desk Payment Terminal with a number of features that would typically be used for the payment in a retail situation. The device contains a NFC Card Reader that operates on 13.560 MHz The product is powered at 12 Vdc using a power supply that is connected to the 120 Vac 60 Hz Public AC mains supply. FCC part 15 testing as detailed in EMC Technologies NZ Ltd test report number 250507.1 dated 17 th A ugust 2025 shows the following: When transmitting on 13.560 MHz a field strength of 40.8 dBuV/m was measured at 10 metres which gives a calculated transmitter power of 0.00004 mW. Calculations were made using the formula: Power (watts) = ((field strength (V/m) x distance (metres)) 2 )/30 As per FCC KDB 447498 D04 and Section 2.1091 radio frequency transmitters are required to be operated in a manner that ensures the public is not exposed to high levels of RF energy. In normal use the transmitter in this device may come in close contact with the human body, the hand, when cards are placed in or near the device when a transaction is carried out. As the radiated power is below 1 mW this transmitter will be below the SAR testing threshold and therefore no further action will be required. Result: Complies
