The transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna, As long as the three conditions above are met, further transmitter testing will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed. Important Note: In the event that these conditions cannot be met (for example certain laptop configurations or co-location with another transmitter), then the FCC authorization is no longer considered valid and the FCC ID cannot be used on the final product. In these circumstances, the OEM integrator will be responsible for re-evaluating the end product (including the transmitter) and obtaining a separate FCC authorization. Manual Information to the End User The OEM integrator has to be aware not to provide information to the end user regarding how to install or remove this RF module in the user’s manual of the end product which integrates this module. Single Modular Approval. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications. This module can only be used with the antenna design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. The module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously is required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. OEM integrators and end-Users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations. Output power listed is ERP for frequencies below 1 GHz and EIRP for frequencies above 1 GHz.
