Please read the instructions carefully according to the version you purchased and keep the manual well for future reference. IMPORTANT NOTE -Read and keep these instructions. -Do not cover the ventilation holes with any items such as newspapers, curtains etc. -Do not clean the unit with abrasive or corrosive materials. -Do not tamper with the unit’s internal components. This invalidates the warranty. -Only use fresh batteries. Do not mix new and old batteries. -Do not dispose old batteries as unsorted municipal waste. Remove the battery door. 2. Slide the [ CHANNEL ] slide switch to choose a channel. 3. Insert 2 x AA size batteries into the battery compartment according to the polarity mark on the battery compartment.. 4. Close the battery door. 5. After inserting batteries, the transmission status LED will light up 1 sec. NOTE: -Ensure to assign different channels of different sensors, in case you need to pair more than one sensors. -Once the channel is assigned to a Wireless Thermo-Hygro sensor, you can only change it by removing the batteries or resetting the unit. -Avoid placing the sensor in direct sunlight, rain or snow. PAIRING THE WIRELESS SENSORS WITH THE CONSOLE The console will automatically search and connect to your wireless sensor(s). Once your sensor(s) pair up successful, the sensor(s) signal strength indication and weather information will appear on your console display. NOTE: Every reading transmission, the symbol of signal transmission , will flash at once. TEMPERATURE / HUMIDITY FUNCTION Use the [ °C / °F ] key to select the temperature display unit. RESET THE SENSOR In case of mal-function, press [ RESET ] button to reset the sensor. For the 915MHz portion of the Sensor of tested model: C3130A, the measured EIRP power was within its production tolerance: -30 dBm (Minimum) and 0 dBm (Maximum).The antenna gain is 0 dBi = 1.00 (num gain) and its maximum source-based time-averaging duty factor is 100%. From these data and its operating configuration – Mobile device, the exposed power density at a distance (R) of 20cm from the center of radiation of the antenna can be calculated according to OET Bulletin 65 as follow: The EIRP Power = -5 dBm = 0.316 mW The EIRP Power source-based time-averaging output power = (0.316 * 1) mW = 0.316 mW The power density at 20cm = 0.316 / 4πR 2 = 0.000063 mW cm -2 In the frequency range of 1,500 - 100,000MHz, the MPE limit is 1.0 mWcm -2 for general population and uncontrolled exposure.
