Using a different power adaptor with lower specification than mentioned above, will significantly affect the wireless charging performance and may cause irreversible damage to your device. 1. Connect the cable end into a quick charge 3.0 Certified USB power adapter or any power adaptor that delivers 10W or more (5V/2A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A). Place the Qi-supported smartphone or device on wireless charging surface. 2. Make sure the device is successfully charged. Then, remove the device once charging is completed. Note: If the mobile device does not charge, ensure that the wireless charger is powered on and that the device is correctly positioned on the wireless charging surface. Make sure there is no metal or other foreign object between the device and the wireless charger. Then reposition the device again.
