When battery is full – LED light will turn off The battery is charged with a special USB charger cable. TIP: DO NOT move the SONAR speaker when it is connected to your computer. The connection can be sensitive and moving the speaker may briefly disconnect the USB connection and confuse the computer. This may require you to restart the SONAR and computer. 1. 2. Connect the cable to the SONAR R Speaker (magnets). There are 4 pins on the R speaker. Connect the USB cable to your computer or charger. HOW TO CHARGE BATTERY USB CHARGER CABLE HOW TO CHARGE ADD MUSIC TO UPLOAD MUSIC TO THE SONAR MEMORY (8Gb): Turn Off SONAR. Connect SONAR USB cable to the SONAR R speaker and then to the computer USB port. Wait for few moments to the computer to register the device. It should appear in the File Explorer (Windows) or Finder App (MAC) as a memory drive H2O SONAR. TIP: If you are having trouble with the USB connection, disconnect the SONAR from the computer, power off SONAR and restart the computer. After your computer has done a full restart – try to connect again. You can also try a different USB port. Find the music files on your computer. The SONAR can play .MP3 and .M4A (Apple iTunes) music. Select or Copy the music files and then copy/paste or ‘drag & drop’ the files to the H2O SONAR. The file transfer will start. Do not disconnect until all files have been copied. To remove or delete files on the SONAR - simply select the files in the SONAR memory and Delete them or drag to Trash. To disconnect it from the Computer, click Eject the SONAR or simply disconnect it. HOW TO ADD MUSIC TO SONAR MEMORY HOW TO USE BLUETOOTH MODE UNIT OPERATION / BLUETOOTH PLAY Place the SONAR into Bluetooth mode by pressing the M button. Blue LED light will start blinking as it is seeking to connect. Go to your Bluetooth Settings in your phone or Smart Watch and complete the pairing by selecting ‘H2O SONAR’ LED will turn solid Blue light when connection is made. Bluetooth use with Smart Watch: For Bluetooth connection under water - you will need to keep your smart watch within few inches of the SONAR (i.e. clip the watch on your goggles or put it under your swim cap). PLEASE NOTE: Bluetooth connection has a range of approx. 10m /30ft. in air and 10cm/2 inches under water. Bluetooth does not penetrate water (due to laws of physics) SONAR PLACEMENT HOW TO WEAR T he speakers are marked L and R. Attach the swim goggle straps through the slots on the speakers. SONAR PLACEMENT For best sound experience - orient the speakers to be in front of the ear. You can try and find a location on the goggles that provides the best sound. Bone conduction sound works by the vibration of the speaker that is conducted to the inner-ear. FCC ID :2AUCH-SONAR RF EXPOSURE EVALUATION METHOD SAR Test Exclusion Thresholds for 100 MHz – 6 GHz and ≤ 50 mm Approximate SAR Test Exclusion Power Thresholds at Selected Frequencies and Test Separation Distances are illustrated in the following Table. The 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances≤50 mm are determined by: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] ·[√f(GHz)] ≤3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR,where f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison The test exclusions are applicable only when the minimum test separation distance is ≤50 mmand for transmission frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz. When the minimum test separation distance is <5 mm, a distance of 5 mm is applied to determine SAR test exclusion. FCC ID :2AUCH-SONAR Maximum measured transmitter power.
