Onlytheworstcaseisrecordedinthereport. 3.Scanfrom9kHzto40GHz,thedisturbanceabove12.75GHzandbelow30MHzwasverylow.The pointsmarkedonaboveplotsarethehighestemissionscouldbefoundwhentesting,soonlyabove pointshadbeendisplayed.Theamplitudeofspuriousemissionsfromtheradiatorwhichareattenuated morethan20dBbelowthelimitneednotbereported.fundamentalfrequencyisblockedbyfilter, andonlyspuriousemissionisshown. 4.Asshowninthissection,forfrequenciesabove1GHz,thefieldstrengthlimitsarebasedonaverage limits.However,thepeakfieldstrengthofanyemissionshallnotexceedthemaximumpermittedaverage limitsspecifiedabovebymorethan20dBunderanyconditionofmodulation.Fortheemissionswhose peaklevelislowerthantheaveragelimit,onlythepeakmeasurementisshowninthereport.
