This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1)This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee thatinterference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning theequipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: —Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. —Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. —Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. — Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the laptop tran smitting at i ts highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, althoughthe SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the laptop while o perating can be well below the maximum value, in general, th e closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output. Before a new model device is available for sale to the public, it must be tested and certified to the FCC that it does not exceed the exposure limit established by the FCC, Tests for each device are performed in positions and locations (e.g. at the ear and worn on the body)as required by the FCC. For body worn operation, this model device has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines when used with an accessory designated for this product or when u sed with an accessory that Contains no metal. and that positions the device with a minimum of 0 cm from the body. Non-compliance with the above restrictions may result in violation of RF exposure guidelines.

China Certification ICT Co., Ltd (Dongguan) Report No.: CR231061450-00A Page 78 of 80 5. RF EXPOSURE EVALUATION 5.1 Applicable Standard According to §15.247(i) and §1.1310, systems operating under the provisions of this section shall be operated in a manner that ensure that the public is not exposed to radio frequency energy level in excess of the Commission’s guideline. According to KDB447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06: The 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances ≤ 50 mm are determined by: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] · [√f(GHz)] ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR, where • f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz • Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation • The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison • 3.0 and 7.5 are referred to as the numeric thresholds in the step 2 below The test exclusions are applicable only when the minimum test separation distance is ≤ 50 mm and for transmission frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz. When the minimum test separation distance is < 5 mm, a distance of 5 mm according to 5) in section 4.1 is applied to determine SAR test exclusion. 5.2 Measurement Result The max conducted power including tune-up tolerance is 8.0 dBm (6.31mW). [(max. power of channel, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)][√f(GHz)] =6.31/5*(√2.480) = 2.0< 3.0 Result: Compliant. The stand-alone SAR evaluation is not necessary.
