Users Manual

Enter the Settings module of BT60-APP and click Please login/register first. On the account registration page, enter an email address as the user ID, and then click the Send Code. You will receive a 4-digit verification code to the email address you just entered. Please enter the verification code, create a password and click Free registration. After registering, please use the account and password you just entered to log in to the APP. 1 Clean the battery posts on the top or side of the battery. 2 Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. 3 Rock the clamp back and forth to ensure that the clamp and battery post are firmly connected. 4 After the clamp is connected correctly, in order to achieve matching binding between the device and the APP, it is necessary to connect Bluetooth on the APP side. Battery Test BT60 Battery Analyzer 1. Create battery information on the APP homepage, fill in the "battery name", select "inside or outside the car", "battery type", "battery standard", and fill in the rated capacity. 2. Click the navigation "Battery Test" at the bottom of the APP to enter the history page. 3. Click "Perform Battery Test". 4. View test results as well as battery state of health, test/rated capacity, test voltage, battery state of charge, and test resistance on the screen. 1 2 3 4 5 Test Results Result Description GOOD BATTERYThe battery is in good condition. GOOD-RECHARGEThe battery is in good condition but low current. Fully charge the battery and return it to service. CHARGE & RETESTFully charge the battery and retest. Failure to fully charge the battery before testing may result in inaccurate results.If you still get CHARGE & RETEST message after you fully charge the battery, please replace it. REPLACE BATTERYThe battery is almost dead or the connection between the battery and battery cable is poor. Replace the battery and retest; or disconnect the battery cables and retest the battery using the out-of-vehicle test before replacing it. BAD CELL-REPLACE The battery may be damaged such as broken cell or short circuit. Replace the battery and retest. NO OUTPUT Alternator output is not detected. Check all connections to the alternator, especially the battery. If connections are loose or cables are severely corroded, clean or replace and retest. If the belt and connections are working fine, replace the belt alternator. LOW OUTPUT The alternator cannot provide enough power to power the system's electrical load and charge the battery. Check the belt to make sure the alternator is turning when the engine is running. Replace damaged or slipping belts and retest. Check the connection between the alternator and battery. HIGH OUTPUTThe alternator output voltage exceeds normal limits. Check whether the test cable is loose and whether the grounding is normal. If there are no connection issues, replace the regulator. Most alternators have a built-in regulator that requires the alternator to be replaced. In older vehicles that use an external voltage regulator, you may only need to replace the voltage regulator. EXCESSIVE RIPPLEExcessive AC ripple is detected. One or more diodes in the alternator are not working or the stator is damaged.
