Intheeventthisproductfailstooperateundernormaluse,duringthewarrantyperiod,dueto defectsinmaterialsandworkmanship,Foxwellwill,atitssoleoption,eitherrepairorreplacethe productinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstipulatedherein.
