3.1. Press and hold down Mallya D2 dose dialing button. Watch as the dose counter returns to 0. The 0 must line up with the pen dose pointer. During a dose injection, Mallya D2 ’s light is green. NOTE: Do not pause during the injection, you may experience harm due to miscalculation of doses. 3.2. At the end of injection, keep the pressure on the button and the needle in your skin until the green rapid flashing turns off (6 seconds) (Figure S). Indication for use The Mallya ®D2 Injection Pen Adapter is indicated for the capture and wireless transmission of dosing information of compatible reusable and disposable pen injectors. The blue light will disappear when fully charged. 4.3. Unplug Mallya D2 from the USB cable (Figure K) and then unplug the wall charger. 5.1. Pair Mallya D2 by following the guidance in the App to : • Turn on your smartphone’s Bluetooth ® (if not already on). • Pair the Mallya D2 with the App NOTE: Check that your Mallya D2 light signal is blue and keep Mallya D2 within 4 inches of the smartphone during pairing (Figure L). Orange Rapid Flashing (Figure T) TroubleshootingCharging Mallya D2 After a full charge, if you use Mallya D2 every day, it will only need recharging once every 2 weeks. If you use it once a week, it will only need recharging once a month. When the battery is low, the orange light will show (Figure W). V01222025 Certification for Designating a U.S. Agent for Service of Process In compliance with section 2.911(d)(7), all applicants are required to appoint a U.S.-based contact to serve as their agent for service of process. This requirement applies to both domestic and foreign applicants. Entities located within the United States are permitted to designate themselves as their own agent for this purpose.
