Note:Althoughtheoutdoorsensorisweatherproof,itshouldnotbeplacedinplaces exposedtodirectsunlight,rainorsnow PositioningtheWirelessoutdoorTransmitter: OncetheForecastStationshowstheoutdoortemperature,placeitandthe transmitterinthedesiredlocationsandwaitapproximately1-hourbefore permanentlymountingthetransmittertoensurethatthereisproperreception. Thetransmittershouldbemountedvertically,inashaded,protectedarea,at least1.3mfromthegroundtoavoiddamageandensureaccuratereadings. Thetransmitteriswaterresistant,notwaterproofandshouldnotbeplaced anywhereitwillbecomesubmergedinwaterorsubjecttostandingwateror snow. WALLMOUNT: 1.Chooseashadedlocationwithanoverhangforthetransmitter,thatiswithinthe confirmedwirelessreceptionrangeoftheForecastStationforaccuracy. 2.Installonemountingscrew(notincluded)intoawallleavingapproximately1/2ofan inch(12.7mm)extended. 3.Placethehanginghole(onthebackofthetransmitter)ontothemountingscrewand gentlyslidethetransmitterdownontothemountingscrewtosecureitintoplace. FCCCaution: Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowing twoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevice mustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesired operation.
