6.2.User’s Manual Requirement of FCC/IC rules FCC/IC User's manual requirements that are required by FCC/IC rules are described on user's manual of the vehicle as followings; 『" NXH-0628, NXH-0828, DVZ-0528 and DVZ-0728 " are installed in motor vehicle, " NXH-0628, NXH-0828, DVZ-0528 and DVZ-0728 " have no manual for user. So, following FCC/IC user’s manual statement will be stated in user’s manual of the motor vehicle.』 ■FCC IDFCC ID:AJDK053 ■OET65 caution This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines in Supplement C to OET65. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that it deemed to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable that it should be installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s body (excluding extremities: hands, wrists, feet and ankles). ■Co-Location caution This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. ■Statement This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired ■FCC WARNING FCC WARNING Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. ■IC IDIC:775E-K053 ■RSS-102 caution This equipment complies with IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets RSS-102 of the IC radio frequency (RF) Exposure rules. ■Antenna caution Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of a type and maximum (or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that necessary for successful communication. ■Statement This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. The “NXH-0628“ has 1.59 mW of conducted Peak O utput power and 2.52 mW of EIRP. This equipment is considered as a mobile device so that SAR testing is excluded. The Following calculation is the reference data for 20cm distance. RF Exposure Calculations: The following information provides the minimum separation distance for the highest gain antenna provided with the “NXH-0628“ as calculated from FCC OET Bulletin 65 Appendix A, Table (B) Limits for General Population / Uncontrolled Exposure. This calculation is based on the highest EIRP possible from the system, considering maximum power and antenna gain, and considering a 1.0mW/cm^2 uncontrolled exposure limit. The Friis formula used was: S = (P * G) / (4* π * r 2 ) Where P = 1.59 mW (M aximum peak output power) G = 1.58 Numerical Antenna gain; equal 2.00 dBi r =20.0 cm For: NXH-0628S = 0.00050mW/cm 2 No. : 32EE0240-SH-01-A RF Ex posure / SAR Statement
