Part 80 and Part 95(A). This transmitter may operate with the antenna tested in this filing for a Push-to-Talk and body-worn configuration. This device was tested for SAR compliance when used in GMRS operation. Body-worn SAR compliance in GMRS operation is limited to the specific belt-clip and speaker/microphone configurations tested for in this filing.
