Best Regards, Rick -----Original Message----- From: Compliance Certification Services [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, November 05, 2004 2:42 PM To: Helen Zhao Subject: NUTEK CORPORATION, FCC ID: ELVATDA, Assessment NO.: AN04T4027, Notice#1 Question #1: The test report includes the photos to show the EUT was tested in three orthogonal planes (X, Y, Z axis) when it was powered by battery. However the test setup photos show that the radiated emission was test when the EUT was powered by AC/DC adaptor. Please clarify how the radiated emission was tested. Answer: The test report was updated. Question #2: Based upon FCC15.35(c), when the radiated emission limits are expressed in terms of the average value of the emission, and pulsed operation is employed, the measurement field strength shall be determined by averaging over one complete pulse train, including blanking intervals, or 0.1 seconds, which ever is less. Please correct average reading at 1302 MHz. Answer: The test report was updated. Question #3: Please verify that the user manual in the filing is the correct manual for the device. It does not agree with other documents in the filing in many areas. Answer: Please find the user manual.
