FCC warning statement CAUTION: * To maintain compliance with the FCCโ€™s RF exposure guidelines, hold the transmitter and antenna at least 2 inches (5 cm) from your face, and speak in a normal voice. Point the antenna up and away from your face. * Use only the supplied antenna. Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or attachments may damage the transmitter and any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for the compliance could void the userโ€™s authority to operate the device.

Per 95.193(b) The FRS unit may transmit tones to make contact or to continue communications with a particular FRS unit. If the tone is audible (more than 300Hz), it must last no longer than 15 seconds at one time. Please provide evidence that the tone lasts less than 15 seconds or that it is subaudible (300Hz or less). Please provide the above detailed items so that processing on your application may proceed. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 60 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted.
