American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 February 27, 2003 RE: Rosslare Enterprises Ltd. FCC ID: GCD-2628SATX I have a few comments on the above referenced Application. 1) Two different Confidentiality request letters appear to be provided. One asks for the test report to be held confidential. Please note that only technical proprietary information may be held confidential. Test reports may not be held confidential. The second one references schematics and operational description only. Please explain. 2) The spurious emission for 1672 MHz falls in a restricted band. Therefore the limit for this emissions must follow 15.205. Also, it appears that the limits of 15.205 were applied to 2090 MHz. Please note that this emissions does not fall in a restricted band and the limit of 15.231 may apply. Please correct this information given on page 9 and 21 of the test report. Timothy R. Johnson Examining Engineer mailto: [email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. Please do not respond to this correspondence using the email reply button. In order for your response to be processed expeditiously, you must submit your documents through the AmericanTCB.com website. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of this correspondence should be directed to the sender.
