It will also not be sold through retail establishments or through mail order. It will be sold to OEM customers, qualified dealers and directly to commercial customers. Professional Installation: Since the equipment used in the above reference FCC ID has standard RF connectors, the system must be professionally installed. The installer shall be responsible for ensuring that the proper antenna is employed so that the limits specified in Part 15.247 (b) are not exceeded. It is intended for industry/commercial use. All the necessary instructions keeping our qualified dealers, commercial customers and professional installers clear of the necessity of professional installation are given in the product user manual. Professional installers will ensure that the equipment is installed following local regulations and safety codes. Please advise if a permissive change filing is required, or if this is part of the current filing and just an explanation is required. Our filing has been reviewed numerous times and we have complied at each point to make the requested changes. During this process some of the requests have become contradictory to each other and this has caused some confusion on our part. If after this set of responses further changes are needed, it would be appreciated if we could get some explicit instruction on what is still required of us. More information on evaluating compliance with these limits can be found in the FCC's OST/OET Bulletin Number 65, “Evaluating Compliance with FCC-Specified Guidelines for Human Exposure to Radiofrequency Radiation”. In the Frequency Range of 300 to 1500 MHz, the maximum power density limit for the general population/uncontrolled exposures is F/300 for an average time of 6 seconds. The antenna connected to the product is specific to the deployment. The worst case scenario occurs when using a very high gain antenna as shown in the following example: The highest expected output power may be 1 dB above the rated 43 dBm.
