Please address the following concerns: A. This device was tested with 11 channels of operation from 2412-2462 MHz. Please explain how the manufacturer is going to ensure that only 11 channel operation will be used in the U.S. Ans: Please see the revised user manual. B. In 4900 - 5850 MHz band, this device was tested with 3 channels operation from 5180 - 5220 MHz. Based upon the chipset specification, the radio chip set is capable of operating in entrie 4900 - 5850 MHz band, please explain how the device will be limited to transmit in 5180 - 5220 MHz only. Ans: Please see the revised user manual. 2 C. Page 5 of UNII repor listed four channels ( 5180 - 5240 MHz ) but the highest channel tested in 5220 MHz. Please explain.
