If the battery is completely discharged, it may take several minutes before the charging indicator is displayed or before any calls can be made. Some home screen widgets may connect to the internet automatically. To prevent this, select > Widgets to offline mode. Do not connect products that create an output signal, as this may damage the device. Do not connect any voltage source to the Nokia AV connector. If you connect an external device or headset, other than those approved by Nokia for use with this device, to the Nokia AV connector, pay special attention to volume levels. The availability and quality of GPS signals may be affected by your location, satellite positions, buildings, natural obstacles, weather conditions, and adjustments to GPS satellites made by the United States government. GPS signals may not be available inside buildings or underground. Do not use GPS for precise location measurement, and never rely solely on the location information provided by GPS and cellular networks. You can send text messages that are longer than the character limit for a single message. Longer messages are sent as two or more messages. Your service provider may charge accordingly. Characters with accents, other marks, or some language options, take more space, limiting the number of characters that can be sent in a single message. Network services and costs Your device is approved for use on the WCDMA 850, 900, 1700, 1900, 2100 and GSM/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz networks.
