Cause At The Center of The Universe, Speed Is Power! Operation manual 1. Install the Alien Racer's weapons onto the side of car boday. (see Fig. 1) The A lien R acers TM R /C r equires a 9 .6-volt r echargeable n ickel-cadmium ( Ni-Cd) b attery p ack a nd battery charger. The transmitter requires one 9-volt battery. Powering Your Vehicle : 1. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover. 2 Place the battery pack in the compartment. Attach the battery pack’s white plastic connector to the vehicle’s matching connector. Do not force them together. They only fit one way. 3. Replace the battery compartment cover. 4. When the vehicle moves slowly or does not move at all, recharge the vehicle’s battery pack. Powering Your Remote : 1. Remove the battery compartment cover. 2. Place the 9V battery in the remote as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside. 3. Replace the cover. 4. The output of U1 has the matching network consisting of L6 and C13 that limit the harmonic content and effect the proper coupling of the antenna to the output stage.
