Operational Description

Seitz&AssociatesNov 19, 1999 CARDIO-THEATER SINGLE CHANNEL LOW COST SYSTEM The LCS-1 single channel Transmitter The audio stereo signal comes to electronic volume control and then to stereo modulator. Composite stereo signal is then used for direct FM modulating the VCO at 905 - 925 MHz. Signal from VCO then goes to power amplifier and harmonic suppression filter and after amplification goes to antenna. The PIC microcontroller and EEPROM provides all controls, memory and display functions. The user can program one of 52 RF channels, and volume. Clock/Oscillator Frequencies: 38 kHz, 4 MHz, 905 -925 MHz

Operational Description

Seitz & AssociatesDecember 6, 1999 ANTENNA REQUIREMENTS The LCS transmitter uses a special antenna which is mounted on the PCB and can not be removed without complete disassembly of the unit and in turn this will void manufacturer warranty. This insures that no other antenna will be used with the LCS transmitter.
