Now, I would like to resubmitted some information and clarify those queries which according to your e-mail. 1. I will correct the report date. 2. Actually, I have conducted this test but the data was attached in another application, its corresponding to the transmitter. The transmitter application (FCC ID: MVAHP191-001T) will be submitted soon. Anyway, enclosed please find the updated test report, data and setup photo for you to reference. 3. The internal photos of the PCB was show on the file iphoto2.doc. Those items mentioned at above were corrected both in soft and hard copy according to your advices, please kindly help to check them. In case of any problem, please contact me on anyway. Thanks and best regards Terry Chan -----Original Message----- From: Roland Gubisch ITS/ES-Box Sent: Tuesday, June 11, 2002 2:49 AM To: Alfred Lo ITS/ES-HKG Cc: Wilson Loke ITS/ES-HKG; Danielle Gravelle ITS/ES-Box Subject: Uni-Art FCC ID: MVAHP192-001R Dear Alfred: Technical review of this application for a 911-913 MHz superregenerative headphone receiver is complete, and we note the following: 1) The issue date of the test report (May 16, 2002) is prior to the actual test date (May 22, 2002); please correct. 2) The headphones can be plugged into an AC battery charger, but there are no line-conducted test results, nor any line conducted configuration photos; please indicate how this device is exempt from line conducted emission measurements per 15.107(f). 3) The internal photos show a shield over part of the component-side PCB photos, but there is no photo showing what is inside the shield; please provide a photo of the PCB with the shield removed.
