Over Temperature Hard Fail / Soft Fail Temperature is higher than the threshold level for over temperature alarm. Under Temperature Soft Fail Temperature is lower than the threshold level for under temperature alarm. System Halt Hard Fail System halt on either the Master RU or Slave RU. System halt occurs when a hard fail alarm fails to clear after 10 checks. ORU LD Fail Soft Fail LD Fail present in the Master RU’s optic unit. ORU PD Fail Soft Fail PD Fail present in the Master RU’s optic unit. RF Alarm Input Overload Hard Fail Uplink input signal is higher than the defined threshold. Over Power Hard Fail / Soft Fail Downlink output signal is higher than the defined threshold by user. VSWR Soft Fail Triggered when power is being reflected back to the system, typically due to a loose connector. Power Alarm AC Fail Soft Fail AC power is not operating within parameters. DC Fail Soft Fail DC power is not operating within parameters. Over Current Hard Fail Total current of RU is higher than the threshold level for over current alarm. Adjusting these settings is not recommended since it will change the power ratios set by the user.  Uplink: Allows the user to manually adjust the UL attenuation levels for each RF path. Adjusting these settings is not recommended, unless additional attenuation is needed on the UL path.  DL Output ALC Level: Allows the user to manually set the DL Output ALC Levels for each RF path. Adjusting these settings is not recommended since it will change the power ratios set by the user. These settings are automatically set by the system during the BCU commissioning process. This section also displays the composite DL Output ALC Level which is the value that can be used to commission the RFU. Advanced RF Technologies, Inc. 84 8.2.3.2.2 Reboot / Factory Setting Allows the user reboot or restore factory settings of the BCU. MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE EXPOSURE Prediction Prediction of MPE limit at a given distance S = PG/4πR² S = Power density P = power input to antenna G = power gain of the antenna in the direction of interest relative to an isotropic radiator R = distance to the center of radiation of the antenna FCC ID: N52-ADX-R-SMR/ IC: 6416A-ADXRSMR 2-1 Limit Max Average output Power at antenna input terminal 32.000 dBm Max Average output Power at antenna input terminal 1584.893 mW Prediction distance 50.000 cm Prediction frequency 851.000 MHz Antenna Gain(typical) 2.000 dBi Antenna Gain(numeric) 2.0 - Power density at prediction frequency( S) 0.07996 mW/cm 2 MPE limit for uncontrolled exposure at prediction frequency 0.567 mW/cm 2 3. RESULTS The power density level at 50 cm is 0.07996 mW/cm², which is below the uncontrolled exposure limit of 0.567 mW/cm² Note: “"RF exposure will be addressed at time of installation and the use of higher gain antennas may require larger separation distances."

Output power is conducted. Device supports iDEN, FSK, LTE 5MHz and LTE 10MHz modulations. The single unit RF Exposure compliance for the device was based on maximum antenna gain 2 dBi and minimum separation distance 50 cm. This transmitter operates as a remote unit as part of a system along with base station interface unit as described in this filing, and excluding any other devices connected to the (uplink) transmit output terminal of the base station interface unit. This application covers only the system configuration with base interface unit connected to a base station RF port in the uplink transmit path; operations of this remote unit if any in a system with base interface unit connected to antenna or amplifier for uplink transmissions require separate equipment authorization. This device is authorized to operate only as part of a distributed-antenna booster system installed in buildings. This filing has compliance demonstration information and test data only for SISO (single-input single-output) booster system configurations; additional equipment authorization is required to allow this device to be used in MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) industrial booster systems. Users and installers must be provided with appropriate antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions, including antenna co-location requirements of Sec. 1.1307(b)(3), for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
