Will DUT always sold with specific antenna cable type ONLY? In other words, what stops the user employing different types of antenna cables? [Answer] The cable is not provided to installers, but we will guide installer through the user manuals to ensure that this product is installed correctly to meet the 5W ERP requirements as follows: ============================= In accordance with the FCC regulations, this device must meet 5W ERP requirements. To satisfy this, the antenna cable name we propose is LMR200. If available, the antenna length must be at least of 30m (antenna cable loss at 30m is about 8 dBi). If you use another antenna cable, the cable loss must be considered to more than DL: 2dBi and UL: 7 dBi. So, the maximum antenna gain after accounting for any cable losses should be UP To DL: 0.6 dBi, Omni antenna / UL: 8 dBi, Pannel antenna. ============================= Uplink: 30 dBm + 1 dB Tolerance + 15 dBi Antenna gain - 7 dBi Antenna cable loss - 2.15 = 36.85 dBm (4.842W) Downlink: 37 dBm + 1 dB Tolerance + 2.60 dBi Antenna gain - 2 dBi Antenna cable loss – 2.15 = 36.45 dBm (4.416W) 2. We don’t seem to locate the ERP calculation which shows the ERP < 5 Watts considering the X-dB cable loss. Yes, in th3e user manual we saw statement referring to the antenna cable length of 30m. However, as you know, quality of the cable makes difference than the length only. This is tied to our point # 1 above. How do we ensure the cable used always satisfies the requirement? [Answer] Please refer to answer 1. 3. The Grant Note under Equipment Class indicates “Part 90 Industrial Booster (non SMR)”. [Answer] TCB will revise it. 4. Who installs the DUT? [Answer] The product must need special trained professional in configuring and installing the product. 5. Who is responsible for the installation instruction being implemented correctly? [Answer] The applicant/grantee is ultimately responsible.

FACILITIES AND ACCREDITATIONS 2.1. FACILITIES The SAC(Semi-Anechoic Chamber) and conducted measurement facility used to collect the radiated data are located at the 74, Seoicheon-ro 578beon-gil, Majang-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 17383, Rep. of KOREA. The site is constructed in conformance with the requirements of ANSI C63.4 (Version: 2014) and CISPR Publication 22. Detailed description of test facility was submitted to the Commission and accepted dated April 02, 2018 (Registration Number: KR0032). 2.2. EQUIPMENT Radiated emissions are measured with one or more of the following types of linearly polarized antennas: tuned dipole, bi-conical, log periodic, bi-log, and/or ridged waveguide, horn. Spectrum analyzers with pre-selectors and quasi-peak detectors are used to perform radiated measurements. Calibrated wideband preamplifiers, coaxial cables, and coaxial attenuators are also used for making measurements. ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTIONS ABOUT TEST Except for the following cases, EUT was tested under normal operating conditions. : Out-of-band rejection test requires maximum gain condition without AGC. This EUT is supported power supply both of AC and DC. Test results are only attached worst cases. The test was generally based on the method of KDB 935210 D05 v01r04 and only followed ANSI C63.26-2015 if there was no test method in KDB standard.
