This guide outlines the operating procedures and safety precautions. Please read it carefully to make sure you are using your product properly and retain it for future reference. How to Recharge 1. Connect part ① (micro-USB jack) to ② (micro-USB port). 2. Connect ④ (USB plug) to USB port with a power supply (i.e. computer USB port or AC adapter with USB power supply). B. How to Connect to Music Player using audio cable 1. Connect part ③ (3.5mm audio jack) directly to any music player with a 3.5mm audio jack or mobile phone via the audio connector(not included). 2. Connect the other end of audio cable to part ⑤ (3.5mm audio input) of the speaker. 3. Turn the power switch to underneath the speaker to experience the stunning sound. C. How to Connect to Music Player using Bluetooth 1. Turn on the power of the connecting device (music player/ computer) you want to pair the speaker with. 2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on the connecting device. 3. Turn the power switch to underneath the speaker, it will start searching for connecting device and the LED indicator will start flashing in blue quickly. 4. Once the speakers and the device are paired the connecting device will show a prompt you to select the paired component. Select the speaker--usually the speaker will show up on the prompt as the model number (for example "FG-8011"). 5. If asked for an input passkey, input the number "0000" (This is the default passkey for the majority of Bluetooth devices. 6. Once pairing is complete there will be prompt tone and the LED indicator on the speaker will keep flashing slowly. Attention: Some of the portable devices may contain the Mini-USB/Micro-USB port. Please note that some of the Mini-USB/Micro-USB ports may only support data transfer function. If your devices (Camera, mobile phones or others) contain a Mini-USB/Micro-USB port, please read the user guide of your portable device carefully and make sure it supports charging functions. LED Battery Indicator When Charging: Red flickering light – Charging Blue light on – Fully charged When in Use: Blue light on – On Red light on – Low battery FAQ’s 1. Why isn’t there any sound even though the speaker is turned on? Please make sure that the battery has been charged for at least 3 hours. The red LED will be flashing when charging. For optimal performance, please set the volume level of your MP3 to 60-70%. 2. Why isn’t there any sound when I connect the speaker to my music player? Case 1: While you are connecting the speaker with the 3.5mm audio cable, make sure your speaker switched to function and that music is playing on your music player. Check if the volume is adjusted too low. See if the 3.5mm audio jack is properly connected. Keep in mind that the speaker is not a USB audio device; it does not play music via USB connection. USB plug is for charging only. Case 2: While you are connecting the speaker with Bluetooth wireless, make sure your music player turned on the Bluetooth and speaker is switch to function and that music is playing on your music player. Check if the volume is adjusted too low. Check if the speaker and your device are paired properly, once pairing is complete there will be prompt tone and the LED indicator on the speaker will keep flashing slowly. 3. Is this a USB audio device? No, this is not a USB audio device. The USB plug is for charging purposes only. To play music, connect the 3.5mm audio jack to any music player. 4. How can I tell if the speaker has been fully charged? When the indicator LED changes from flashing red to solid blue, the speaker has been fully charged. Take note that this product should not be placed in your mouth. • Do not modify, repair or dismantle the product.
