The type of modulation should be “frequencey modulation” and the emission designator should be “14M4F3E”. Therefore, the Form 731 was submitted with the incorrect emission designator. A revised test report was submitted yesterday (April 11, 2000) with the corrections made. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Operational Description

Technical description 24 PIC 2.4GHz Transmitter ELECTRA ENTERPRISES Video is fed into modulator, where pre-emphasis is applied to the video signal. Raw Data is applied to the microprocessor. Output of MP FM-modulates D1, w hich in co nj unctio n w ith Q1 ge nerates the A udio S ubcarrier. Optional an audio signal may be applied here via C22. VCO1 ge nerates the 2.4GHz signal whic h is phase-locked to crystal Y1 in U1. Video and audio-subcarrier are superimposed onto the low-pass-filtered tuning-voltage from U1 and FM-modulate VCO1. The output of VCO1 is attenuated and passes through the monolithic 2.4GHz bandpass-Filter. Voltage-regulator Reg1 is a low-dropout regulator and stabilizes the supply voltages.
