Depending on your responses, kindly understand there may be additional comments. 1.) The Tune Up procedure supplied is actually just a description of the software command set needed to place this product into test mode and change channels. What is really wanted for a tune up procedure for any Licensed radio is some idea of the target values used during manufacturing or repair for setting up RF power and it’s tolerance, frequency (when applicable), deviation (for narrow band radios), etc. In the case of most Part 22/24 transmitters, what is required is a description of the target RF power tune up values (in dBm or watts) and their tolerance used during production for setting up the transmitter. Please append your tune up procedure. Response: Please refer to the revised Tune Up exhibit uploaded with this response. 2.) Please confirm to see if the measured frequency tolerance tested by the laboratory of 1.43ppm corresponds to that quoted by the manufacturer in their specifications. Please confirm if this value should appear on the Grant. Response: The frequency tolerance can appear on the grant as stated in the report. William H.
