This specifically relates to the 11K0F3E emissions and their compliance to emissions mask D for 12.5 kHz channel spacing equipment. Technical standards governing this frequency range are in 47 CFR Part 27.50(b), and emissions limitations for emissions within the 1559-1610 MHz band are defined in Part 27.53(d)(4)(e). However it was my understanding that these Rules parts are for technical standards and would not be the Rules Part under which certification is granted (which would be Part 90.210(d)).” I hope that this is a correct interpretation.
