CHAPTER 2 SYSTEM CONFIGURATION 2.1 System configuration The OHVC control the transportation of FOUP using several kinds of communication lines. A system configuration is shown in Fig. 1. Fig.1 System Configuration FCC ID : OPO199909010001 CRP6T3142-01E Rev.0 5/15 CHAPTER 3 SYSTEM STARTUP 3.1 System startup procedure The following procedure is used for ONLINE operation of OHVC. (1)Apply powersource for OTH system. (2)Power On OHVC, and wait completion of windows startup. (3)Enter CTRL+ALT+DEL, and ENTER for login window(no password). (4)Start OHVC application program as follows. a) Click and activate the process from windows console as follows, START-PROGRAM-OHVCSYSTEM-OHVC then OHVC monitor screen is displayed on the screen, and operation mode will be changed from startup to maintenance mode. b) Login using login box (User: sdk password: ***). (5)Start Auto mode operation as follows. a)Click operation mode box, and select Manual mode. b)Entry all vehicles using vehicle entry dialog screen that is activated by manual command menu bar. c)Click operation mode box, and select Hold mode, and select Auto mode. After that, all vehicles start running on the monitor screen. d)Then, OHVC is able to accept and execute Remote Command from the HOST computer. 3.2 System shutdown procedure The following procedure is used for shutdown operation of OHVC. (1)Termination of Auto mode operation a)Click operation mode box, and select manual mode. (2)Shut down of OHVC a)Click operation mode box, and select maintenance mode. b)Click operation mode box, and select shutdown. c)Shutdown windows using Windows system shutdown window. d)Power off OHVC . (3)Shutdown power source of OHT system. 3.3 Error recovery procedure of OHVC (1)OHVC is changed the control mode from Auto to Hold mode if several error occured. All vehicles are stopped by OHVC. (2)Remove error, and perform Error reset operation by maintenance menu bar. (3)Perform Reentry operation by maintenance menu bar. (4)If need, delete transport request using Trans.Req screen and delete the request command from Host. (5)Change the OHVC mode from Paused to Auto, then all vehicle continue transportaion. There are two kinds of teaching methods as follows (1) Manual teaching : Teaching by use of remote control box (2) Semi-automatic teaching : Teaching by use of teaching tools and remote control box 2. Application This document applies to the βSELOHT SOHT-300β. 3. Reference (1)Remote control box specification (KEN72-3501(E)) (2)Remote control box operation manual (KEN72-3502(E)) 4. Preparation for teaching 4.1 Preparation of remote control box (1) Set the F number of the remote control box to the same F number of the Vehicle which will be taught. (2)Turn on the power switch of the remote control box. Regarding the operation of remote control box, refer to operation manual of remote control box 4.2 Preparation of teaching tool (for Semi-automatic teaching only) In the case of Semi-automatic teaching, prepare the following tools. And form a teatching set shown in figure 4.1 (1) LED for teaching (Target LED) (2) PSD unit (3) Power Supply (4) PC(Personal Computer) for teaching (5) Communication unit(Ground side) 4.3 Preparation of the vehicle (1) Set the Mode switch of the control panel to the βlocal mode β. Or, set the mode of the vehicle to the local mode by the function of OHVC. (2) Stop the vehicle at the station for teaching by the function of run for positioning of remote control box. As to the switch, refer to remote control box operation manual. Engage specialists in electrical works. Donβt improve the product by yourselves. Be sufficiently proficient with the equipment, the relevant safety knowledge and the precautions prior to using this product. In the content of this βSafety Precautionsβ, items which need to be cautions of out shall be classified into βDangerβ and βWarningβ. (2) Definitions of Danger and Warning [Note 1] Medium degree of injuries or light injuries refers to injuries, e.g., burns and electric shock, which do not require hospitalization of or prolonged hospital visit by the victims. As material losses refers to expanded losses pertaining to the damage of property and equipment. Note that, depending on the situation, the events described under βWarningβ may also result in severe outcome. In either case, make sure that the advice is followed. Work on the ladder may collide to the vehicle and may cause injury. 2. Donβt touch the vehicle on the track when Power Supply Panel output the power. 3. Donβt touch the moving parts of the vehicle while it is in operation. Doing so may cause injuries. 4. Donβt touch and Teaching and maintenance shall be done by a qualified person. 5. Make sure the earth terminals for the relate equipment shall be grounded. Not doing so may cause electric shock. 6. Donβt break the cable, impose excessive stress, place heavy weights, or pinch it between items. Doing so may cause electric shock. Warning Donβt use the equipment at locations where water, corrosive atmosphere, or flammable gas is present, or beside flammable items. Doing so may cause life and fails.
