Users Manual

Batteries should not be disposed of in the household waste. As the consumer you are legally obliged to return batteries containing harmful substances and all other used batteries. You can hand in your old batteries at public collection points in your area or wherever batteries are sold. Turn OFF the Vehicle and then install the batteries into the Vehicle and Transmitter. 2. Do not touch the wheels and turn ON the Vehicle. When the wheels run automatically, the pairing process completed and it is ready for playing. 3. As long as the batteries in both Vehicle and Transmitter are not removed, it is no need for pairing process after switching OFF the Vehicle. Just switch ON the Vehicle and it will still be paired up with the Transmitter. 4. If the pairing process is not completed, please remove the batteries from the Vehicle and Transmitter and re-start the process. (Step# 1) How To Play How To Bind - Controls Forward / Reverse speed on right side of wheels - Controls Forward / Reverse speed on left side of wheels 1. Ensure that the ON/OFF Switches on the Vehicle and the Transmitter are at the ON position. 2. Control the LEFT and RIGHT Sticks on the Transmitter for movement. (Fig.5) 3. The Play time is around 35 mins. Please drive the Vehicle back before battery exhausted. 4. The optimum control range is up to 20m (65 ft) outdoor. 5. Play on the clear water. Avoid direct impact the Vehicle with obstacles. 4. Switch OFF the power when not in use to prevent damage of Vehicle and Transmitter due to leakage of electrolyte from batteries. 5. Remove all batteries from the Vehicle and Transmitter when not in use for long period. 6. Keep fingers, hair and loose clothing away from wheels. 7. The operating range can be affected by a variety of factors a) Low Voltage of batteries in Transmitter or Vehicle b) Interference from other items that emit radio frequency signals. 8. Operational Description

Technical Description The Equipment Under Test (EUT), is a portable 2.4GHz Transmitter (Controller Unit) for a RC car. The sample supplied operated on 66 channels, normally at 2410 - 2475MHz. The channels are separated with 1MHz spacing. The EUT is powered by 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. After switching on the EUT, the car will be moved forward or backward and turned left and right based on the switches pressed in the controller. Antenna Type: Internal, Integral antenna Antenna Gain: 0dBi Nominal rated field strength is 98.3dBμV/m at 3m (Peak), 76.4dBμV/m at 3m (Average) Maximum allowed production tolerance: +/- 3dB The brief circuit description is listed as follows: 1. U1 acts as MCU 2. Y1 acts as 12MHz Oscillator 3. C4, C5, C9 and L1 act as antenna matching circuit

Thus, it below calculated field strength according to minimum SAR exclusion threshold level as follows: The worst case of SAR Exclusion Threshold Level: = 3.0 * (min. test separation distance, mm) / sqrt(freq. in GHz) = 3.0 * 5 / sqrt (2.483.5) mW = 9.52 mW According to the KDB 412172 D01: EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2*1000 / 30] Calculated Field Strength for 9.52mW is 105dBuV/m @3m Since maximum average field strength plus production tolerance < = 105dBuV/m @3m and antenna gain is > = 0.0dBi, it is concluded that maximum Conducted Power and Field Strength are well below the SAR Exclusion threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing.
