B March 2004 Add MPE and FCC information for VHF, UHF-L, UHF-H, and 800MHz M7100 IP radios. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: At this time, the M7100 IP mobile radio may not be operated while in a desktop station in the European Community since it does not meet immunity requirements when operated in this mode. The M7100 IP mobile radio can be used in both trunked and conventional applications. The 731 states that certification is being sought under rule parts 90, 95, 74 and 22. While I can see a 54W device under the trunked radio systems of part 90, I do not see how this 54 watt device fits under parts 95, 74 and 22. Please explain what specific rule subpart for each of the rule parts is applicable and/or correct the 731 form and report to show only those parts to which certification is requested. Please provide a listing of appropriate frequency bands for the rule parts desired. 2. Please note that while you have specified a mask (Mask D) you have not specified from which rule part this mask comes. For example, in section 6 of the report you refer to 2.1051 as the rule part under which testing was done but then you refer to Mask D. Please note there is no mask D in section 2.1051. Please specify the proper rule part when you specify an emissions mask or when specifying limits or OBW plots.
