Please separate the alignment procedure (Tune up) into a separate exhibit. 2. Please verify which emissions designators are for 90.210 designations. 3. It is not clear from the data in the antenna substitution calculation if you used ERP or EIRP. Please note that part 90 devices are ERP. Please clarify and identify the gain used for the substitution antenna as dBi or dBd and please clarify either ERP or EIRP for the powers listed. 4. Please note that mask B item 3 would be -13dBm. The plots shown appear to be in error. Please explain and correct as necessary. 5. Please note that mask C states item 3 would be -13dBm. The plots shown appear to be the 50dBc from item 2 (dBm). Please explain and correct as necessary. 6. Dennis Ward mailto:[email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Please separate the alignment procedure (Tune up) into a separate exhibit. Response : : The alignment procedure has been uploaded as a separate confidential parts list exhibit, and has been removed from the revised Operational Description, also uploaded with this response. 2. Please verify which emissions designators are for 90.210 designations. Response : Emissions designators pertaining to 90.210 are identified in report - (Section 14 – Necessary Bandwidth and Emission Bandwidth) 3. It is not clear from the data in the antenna substitution calculation if you used ERP or EIRP. Please note that part 90 devices are ERP. Please clarify and identify the gain used for the substitution antenna as dBi or dBd and please clarify either ERP or EIRP for the powers listed. Response : Antenna gain is dBd and powers listed are ERP as required for this type of device. 4. Please note that mask B item 3 would be -13dBm. The plots shown appear to be in error. Please explain and correct as necessary. Response : During measurement, the channel bandwidth was used instead of the authorized bandwidth, which resulted in the final limit line (43+10log(P)) not being displayed on the plot. Analysis of plot, however, shows that there are no unwanted emissions above the –13 dBm limit at 250% of authorized bandwidth. 5. Please note that mask C states item 3 would be -13dBm. The plots shown appear to be the 50dBc from item 2 (dBm). Please explain and correct as necessary. Response : During measurement, the channel bandwidth was used instead of the authorized bandwidth, which resulted in the final limit line (43+10log(P)) not being displayed on the plot.
