Huf TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems TPMS Sensor RDE 014, RDE 015, RDE 016 These aftermarket sensors fit to the following OE a pplications: RDE 014 Ford part# 7L1Z-1A189-A and Ford part# 6F2Z-1A189-A RDE 015 Ford part# 8C2Z-1A189-A RDE 016 Ford part# 9L3Z-1A189-A WARNING Huf TPMS sensors are for professional installation only. Caution Each TPMS sensor is designed and manufactured to op erate in a specific vehicle. Only install TPMS sensors designed for your specific motor vehicle. I mproper installation will cause the TPMS system to fail to operate properly. Huf TPMS valves The direct TPMS sensor will be attached to the back of the tire valve with a torque. Do only use the original Huf TPMS valves and mount them with the recommended torque of 4 Nm (± 0.5) for the hex-nut and the screw. Huf Type Huf part no. Huf Electronics Bretten Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems Engineering Judgement 7. February 2012 We, Huf Electronics Bretten GmbH Gewerbestrasse 40 D-75015 Bretten Germany declare under our sole responsibility that the products TSSRE3DE and TSSRE3DF are constructed in the same way as TSSRE3DD All three models have exactly the same hardware and software version included and have the same housing. The only difference is the setting of some software parameters which will be set at the EOL test of our assembly line over the LF interface (125 kHz). The table below shows the configuration of each model: Tire Pressure Range: Auto Range 57.5/115 PSI High Pressure 115 PSI Low Pressure 50 PSI Model Number: TSSRE3DD TSSRE3DE TSSRE3DF Parameter “Auto Range”: On Off Off Parameter “Pressure Range”: Low High Low Parameter “Burst Mode (BMT)“: On Off Off BMT on: first 36 RF transmissions after rotating detection with burst interval of 15 seconds, then fall back to standard transmitting one time per minute BMT off: after rotating detection RF transmitting one time per minute The setting of the Pressure Range has no influence of the EMC behaviour, only the setting of the additional Burst Mode. So the model TSSRE3DD is the worst case for the EMC measurements and the other two types are only products with minor functionality.
