European Telephone Network (European Union Only) This equipment has been declared as compliant in accordance with EU Council Directive 1999/5/EC for pan-European single terminal connection to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and displays the CE mark accordingly. However, due to differences between the individual PSTNs provided in different countries, the Declaration of Compliance does not, of itself, give an assurance of successful operation on every PSTN network termination point. In the event of problems you should contact your equipment supplier in the first instance. FCC and Industry Canada Regulatory and Safety Information (USA/Canada Only) (a) Information to Users Warning: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Keycorp could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment (b) FCC Radio Frequency Interference Statement NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: K78-205 User Guideiv - Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. - Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. - Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. (c) FCC Telephone Connection – General Requirements This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules and the requirements adopted by the ACTA. On the rear of this equipment is a label that contains, among other information, a product identifier in the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this number must be provided to the telephone company. Applicable certification jack Universal Service Order Codes (“USOC”) for the Equipment is RJ11C. If service from the local telephone is requested they will require Facility Interface Code (“FIC”) and Service Order Code (“SOC”). These are as follows: (a)Facility Interface Code (“FIC”) 02LS2 (b)Service Order Code (“SOC”)9.0Y A plug and jack used to connect this equipment to the premises wiring and telephone network must comply with the applicable FCC Part 68 rules and requirements adopted by the ACTA. A compliant telephone cord and modular plug is provided with this product. It is designed to be connected to a compatible modular jack that is also compliant. See installation instructions for details. The Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) is used to determine the number of devices that may be connected to a telephone line. Excessive RENs on a telephone line may result in the devices not ringing in response to an incoming call. In most but not all areas, the sum of RENs should not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of devices that may be connected to a line, as determined by the total RENs, contact the local telephone company. The REN for this p…

We start at 1 m high with vertical receiving antenna and rotate the dish continuously. During rotation we use the antenna lift system to vary the high from 1 to 4 m. So we find maximum radiation output. At this points we do manual remeasurements. After this we do the same measurements in horizontal position of the receiving antenna. This (horizontal and vertical) is made for all the three planes of the test sample. We use the maximum received results. The detector function and selection of bandwidth are according ANSI C63.2-1996 item 8.2.1 and ANSI C63.4-1992 Item 4.2. Antennas are conform with ANSI C63.2-1996 item 15. 150 kHz - 30 MHz: Quasi Peak measurement, 9kHz Bandwidth, passive loop antenna. 30 MHz - 200 MHz: Quasi Peak measurement, 120KHz Bandwidth, biconical antenna 200MHz - 1GHz: Quasi Peak measurement, 120KHz Bandwidth, log periodic antenna 1GHz: Average, RBW 1MHz, VBW 10 MHz, wave guide horn 2.1Summary of test results We did measurements for PCS 850 with the same parameters as for PCS 1900. No deviations from the technical specification(s) were ascertained in the course of the tests performed. FINAL VERDICT: PASS Technical responsibility for area of testing : 2002-03-11RSC 8414 Ames H..
