Q2 Reply: This transmitter is in accordance with 15.231 (e) operate at periodic rate exceeding that specified in paragraph(a) and may be employed for any type of operation. The transmitting frequency is 315 MHz and the limit is 67.6 dBuV/m according to paragraph(e), the spurios emission limit is 47.6 dBuV/m. Please see our test report page 8 , the test data can comply with those limits, but the table limit is wrong. This transmitter also comply with the requirement which he duration of each transmission shall not be greater than one second and the silent period between transmissions shall be at least 30 times the duration of the transmission but in no case less than 10 seconds.
