Federal Communications Commission 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 October 3, 2001 Gentlemen: This letter is to clarify that there is no users guide for the NPM Radio and PA components. The NPM is a base station unit targeted for industrial installation. The NPM is not a consumer product and will not be sold as such therefore no user manual is available. Soma Networks will be responsible for all installation personnel who will be trained and certified to be complaint with Soma Networks Installation guidelines.
