Product colors and specifications subject to change. ATTENTION ADULTSβ€”TO REPLACE BATTERIES The Long Range Walkie Talkies requires three AAA batteries (LR03), not included. 1. Remove belt clip: (a.) pinch tab inside the top of the clip; (b.) slide clip up to release; and (c.) slide battery cover down and off. (Fig. 1) 2. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw in the BATTERY COVER. NOTE: Screws will not detach from battery compartment cover. 3. Remove the cover. 4. Place batteries in the compartment as shown. (Fig. 2) 5. Replace BATTERY COVER and tighten screws. BATTERY SAFETY β€’ Only adults should install and replace batteries. β€’ Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged. β€’ Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. β€’ Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. β€’ Remove dead or exhausted batteries. β€’ Insert batteries correctly. Match positive and negative signs. β€’ The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. β€’ Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. β€’ Do not mix old and new batteries. β€’ Only the batteries of the same or equivalent type recommended to be used. β€’ Do not dispose batteries in a fire; they may explode. β€’ Dispose of batteries safely.
