If the device is connected through a USB hub or extender, try plugging directly into the USB port of your Laptop/PC. Ensure receiver is pushed in all the way. The keyboard and mouse are not working on Bluetooth They have lost connec- tion Reset Bluetooth connection, set both mouse and keyboard on Bluetooth channel, turn on Bluetooth function on your computer and complete pairing. They are still not working after the steps above Batteries placed in the wrong direction Match + and - signs on battery to signs in battery compartment. Reset USB receiver connection Mouse and keyboard are not working on USB receiver ? Make sure both keyboard and mouse are powered on and the channels are set to ( ). Make sure USB receiver is securely plugged into a USB port, or try different USB ports. If it is plugged into a USB hub, plug it directly into a USB port on your computer.
