This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures: - Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. - Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. - Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. FCC Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Radiation Exposure Statement: The product comply with the FCC portable RF exposure limit set forth for an uncontrolled environment and are safe for intended operation as described in this manual. The further RF exposure reduction can be achieved if the product can be kept as far as possible from the user body or set the device to lower output power if such function is available. Applicable Standards FCC Part 2(Section 2.1093) FCC KD B447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 2. Exposure Evaluation of Portable or Mobile Devices Human exposure to RF emissions from portable devices (47 CFR §2.1093), as defined by the FCC, must be evaluated with respect to the FCC-adopted limits for SAR. Evaluation of mobile devices, as defined by the FCC, may also be performed with respect to SAR limits, but in such cases it is usually simpler and more cost-effective to evaluate compliance with respect to field strength or power density limits. For certain devices that are designed to be used in both mobile and portable configurations similar to those described in 47 CFR §2.1091(d)(4), such as certain desktop phones and wireless modem modules, compliance for mobile configurations is also satisfied when the same device is evaluated for SAR compliance in portable configurations. SAR Test Exclusion Thresholds for 100 MHz – 6 GHz and ≤ 50 mm The 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances ≤ 50 mm are determined by [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] · [√f(GHz)] ≤3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR where • f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz • Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation • The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison The test exclusions are applicable only when the minimum test separation distance is ≤ 50 mm and for transmission frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz. When the minimum test separation distance is < 5 mm, a distance of 5 mm is applied to determine SAR test exclusion. FCC ID: PRDRX0T EST Technology Co., Ltd Report No. ESTE-R2007147 Page 3 of 3 3. Evaluation Results eirp = pt x gt = (EXd)2/30 where: pt = transmitter output power in watts, gt = numeric gain of the transmitting antenna (unitless), E = electric field strength in V/m, --- 10((dBuV/m)/20)/106 d = measurement distance in meters (m)---3m Sopt = (EXd)2/30 x gt Ant gain= -5 dBi ; so Ant numeric gain= 0.316 Field strength =81.44dBuV/m @3m So Pt={ [10^(81.44/20)/10^6 x3]^2/30x0.316 }x1000 mW = 0.132 mW So ( 0.132 mW/5mm)x √2.405 GHz =0.041 < 3 Note: 1. [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] * [√f(GHz)] < 3.0 2. SAR Test Exclusion Thresholds is 3.0 for separation distance 5mm. Therefore, SAR test is not required. End of Test Report
