Placement and Range Guidelines Indoors, computers can connect over 802.11 wireless networks at a maximum range of 500 feet (152.4 m) for 802.11b devices. For best results, identify a location for your wireless access point according to these guidelines: •Away from potential sources of interference, such as PCs, large metal surfaces, microwaves, and 2.4 GHz cordless phones. •In an elevated location such as a high shelf that is near the center of the wireless coverage area for all mobile devices. Operational Description

Description of Operation The EUT is a 802.11a/g ProSafe Dual Band Wireless Access Point with 11 channels. And this device provided of transmitting speed 48/54 Mbps, 24/36 Mbps, 12/18 Mbps, 6/9 Mbps , the device of RF carrier is QAM. QPSK, BPSK. The device adapts direct sequence spread spectrum and orthogonal frequency division multiples modulation. And the antenna was Dipole Antenna aprovided diversity function to improve the receiving function.It allows your computer to connect to a wireless network and to share resources, such as files or printers without being bound to the network wires. And this EUT Operation in 5GHz Orthogonal Frequency division Multiplex (O.F.D.M) radio transmission. In addition, its standard compliance ensures that it can communicate with any 802.11a/b/g network.
