Your investment in this system will allow you improved awareness and up-to-date location of your assets and enable tracking in a wide range of applications. Please read these instructions completely and thoroughly as the StealthTracker™ has many advanced features. Keep this manual handy for future reference or for information on how to contact GeoTrax for support or help. GeoTrax and its technology, sales and marketing partners have created a mobile device for the tracking and recovery of high-value assets. The StealthTracker™ device and its associated web service is a tool for security and law enforcement officials to recoup stolen assets and bring those responsible to justice. Thousands of thefts every year occur without any recovery or arrest because the valuable items are impossible to track after they have been stolen. The StealthTracker™ was developed to use state-of-the-art tracking and communications technology to help aid in the recovery of the stolen goods. We at GeoTrax are dedicated to making this device as straightforward as possible giving you, the consumer, the benefit of advanced tracking capability without having to understand complex jargon or complicated operating instructions. We look forward to many years of meeting your covert tracking needs with this innovative and capable product. Getting Started With the StealthTracker™ The SteathTracker™ is shipped to you with all of the tools necessary to successfully track the mobile device. The included equipment allows you to charger the unit while either at home, the office or in your car. Also included are two keys so that the device can be locked into the On or Off position. Additionally, an information card is included instructing you on how to access the tracking information on the GeoTrax website. A list of the included pieces are below and you should verify that all of these were in the shipment with your StealthTracker™ device. Hi Chris, Pls see answe below, thanks. -----Original Message----- From: Chris Harvey Sent: Monday, December 04, 2006 5:36 AM To: Michael Heckrotte Cc: Chris Harvey; Claire Hoque; Thu Chan Subject: GEOTRAX PROTECTION LLC, FCC ID: Q2USNT250, Assessment NO.: AN06T6304, Notice#2 Dear Michael Heckrotte, You are listed as the technical contact for the above referenced TCB application. The following is an updated list of items that are needed before the application review can be completed: 1. This application is for a new, original certification of a composite device operating in FCC Parts 22H, 24E and 90. The RF test report for Pt. 22/24 states: "Since the EUT used the same output powers as previously and the antenna with a maximum gain of 0dBi, thus all tests were performed only on radiated emissions." However, since this application is for an original device, the entire application must stand alone, documenting complete compliance with all of the appropriate Rule Parts. <answer>report is revised, attached. Attached pls also find module reports. 2. There is a description of 2 models (SNT-250 and GT1040) indicating that the GT1040 has a larger case (both plastic), more batteries and no magnet. There appear to not have been photos submitted of the GT1040. Please submit photos of the GT1040 unit and comparison photo between the 2 versions and an indication as to why these are considered electrically identical. The Theory of Operation exhibit indicates that this application contains a Class II Permissive Change, which is not correct, since this is a new FCC ID. <answer>The two models are electrically identical, they have the same schematic, identical parts-lists and the same board layouts. Client would like to include 2 models (SNT-250 and GT1040)in this application. 2 Attached pls find comparision photos and revised Theory of Operation. 3. The Schematic Diagram exhibit submitted has a component location for the Enfora GSM module, but the schematic for that module has not been provided. <answer>attached pls find module schematic(pls keep it confidential). 4. The Internal Photos show the Enfora module attached to the larger PC Board. Please provide photographs of both sides of the Enfora GSM module as well as the circuit board under the GSM module with the module removed. <answer>pls see additional internal photos. 5. Please submit an RF Exposure exhibit that documents compliance with the FCC's RF Exposure requirements for this composite device and the RF Exposure guidance in the Users Manual. <answer>report is updated with MPE, and manual is also revised with RF Exposure guidance. 6. The ERP and EIRP power values listed in the test report do not match the values listed on the application Form 731. Please correct this discrepancy. <answer>731 form is updated. 7. This application is filed as a single application, but this will cover both TCB Scopes B1 (PCB) and B2 (TNB). Please confirm that administratively this can be handled as a single application or if this will need to be submitted as 2 applications using the same FCC ID? <answer>this is a single application which covers both TCB Scopes B1 (PCB) and B2 (TNB). 8. Please provide an Emission Designators for the both the GSM Pt. 22/24 and Pt. 95 transmitters along with an explanation and justification of the Emissions Designators. <answer>731 form now has Emission Designator info. The GSM transceiver of Pt. 22/24 has an emissions designator of 320KG7W and 313KG7W, phase modulation, with two or more channels of quantized digital data, and it can support facsimile, telephony, and data transmissions (although only data transmissions are used in this application) The Pt. 95 transmitter has an emissions designator of 2K55P0N, with a sequence of unmodulated pulses, no modulating signal, and no information transmitted 9. Please submit a complete RF Parts List for this device, including the previously approved modules installed. <answer>complete Parts Lists are attached, confidential letter is revised to include Parts List. 10. Please submit the information required about disclosure and labeling for the Pt. 95 LPRS device in accordance with FCC 95.1015 and 95.1017. <answer>revised label is attached. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of this correspondence should be directed to the e-mail address listed below the name of the sender. Best regards, Chris Harvey [email protected]

16 5.0 Parts and Tuneup Procedure 5.1 GSM Module Tuneup Procedure Each modem is tested during routine supplier testing; • The modems are tested to GSM standards using an Agilent 8960 GSM test set. • Multiple channels and power levels are tested and if correction is necessary. • If correction is necessary, the "Automatic Power Control" software tables are adjusted in the modem's Flash memory. • After passing all tests, the modem is labeled and assigned an IMEI During final assembly of the SNT-250, the signal power is verified to be within 5 dB of nominal levels. 5.2 GPS Section Tuneup Procedure During final assembly if the SNT-250, the signal levels of actual GPS satellites are recorded. These are compared to past results and if they are within 5 dB. 5.3 RF Beacon Section Tuneup Procedure Each completed SNT-250 is tested for RF Beacon operation. A beacon receiver (Wildlife Materials model TRX-3S) is used during final assembly to verify that the power level is normal for its sole operating power level. Normal is indicated by the peak number of LEDs lit during beacon operation. 5.4 Device Tuneup Procedure Results from sections 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 are combined and if all levels are within normal operating parameters a label is printed and adhered to the device. An electronic record is made that the device has passed inspection and the signal levels of the tests.
