USER MANUAL Self-ballasted fluorescent (electronic energy saving lamp) is a new kind of lighting style that uses trip-phospher tube with electronic ballast. It is characterized of energy saving, long life and flicker-free, and is widely used for restaurants, hotels, shops, homes lighting. 1. Specifications: MAE-SP-5WL(D), MAE-SP-7WL(D), MAE-SP-9WL(D) AC 120V/60Hz 2. Working environment temperature: -18~ 40. 3. Precautions: z Use only on 120 volt, 60 hertz; z Never disassemble of modify the lamp---any changes could void the user’s authority to operate this device; z Not for use in totally enclosed fixture; z Risk of electric shock---do not use where directly exposed to water; z This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights; z To prevent burns, do not touch the bulb or cap during operation or immediately after switching off; z Handle the plastic enclosure when replacement; z Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy sensor. z This product complies with Part 18 of the FCC Rules but may cause interference to televisions, radios, wireless remote control or maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45-30MHz. If interference should occur, move the lamp away from the appliance a distance of three feet or more. Or plug the lamp or the compliance into a different outlet. z To prevent risk of fire, never install this device in the following fixtures: a. Fixture on dimming circuits. b. Provided by the manufacturer, we received EUT on 2006-06-30. Objective The following test report is prepared on behalf of CANEL LIGHTING CO., LTD. in accordance with Part 2, Subpart J, and Part 18, Subparts A, B and C of the Federal Communication Commissions rules and regulations. The objective of the manufacturer is to determine compliance with FCC Part 18 limits. Related Submittal(s)/Grant(s) No related submittal(s). Test Methodology All measurements contained in this report were conducted with MP-5, FCC Methods of Measurements of Radio Noise Emissions from ISM Equipment, February 1986. All measurements were performed at Bay Area Compliance Lab Corp. (ShenZhen). The radiated testing was performed at an antenna-to-EUT distance of 3 meters. Test Facility The Test site used by Bay Area Compliance Lab Corp.
