These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. 1. Use only on 120 volt, 60 hertz. 2. Never disassemble or modify - any changes could void the user's authority to operate this device. 3. Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures. 4. Warranty Universal lighting technologies warrants to the purchaser that each electronics ballast will be marched with the lamp (T5 28W) and free from defects in material or workmanshop for a period of 5 years from date of manufacture when properly installed and under normal condition of use.
