The factors contributing to uncertainties are test receiver, Cable loss, antenna factor calibration, Antenna directivity, antenna factor variation with height, antenna phase center variation, antenna Frequency interpolation, measurement distance variation, site imperfection, mismatch, and system repeatability. Based on NIS 80,81, The measurement uncertainty level with a 95% confidence level were applied.
