5015 B. U. Bowman Dr. Buford, GA 30518 December 26, 2012 ACS TCB 5015 B.U. Bowman Drive Buford, GA 30518 Re: FCC ID: QHC-010201A To Whom It May Concern: The following application is submitted on behalf of our client, Itron Inc., for evaluation of their model I210- AMP for certification under FCC Part 15.247. The I210-AMP is a SmartSynch Interface module that is integrated in a variety of GE I210 electronic single- phase electricity meter form factors. The I210-AMP includes (1) 2.4GHz direct sequence spread spectrum 802.15/4 Zigbee radio and Sierra Wireless CDMA modem SL5011, which is modular approved. The I210-AMP is designed to be integrated into 1S, 2S, 3S, 4S, and 25S electric utility meter forms and be collocated and transmit simultaneously with Sierra Wireless CDMA modem SL5011. The I210-AMP was tested in full to the requirements of the aforementioned rules, including radiated inter- modulation testing for all combinations of simultaneous transmission, and was found to be in compliance. Sincerely, Sam Wismer Vice President, Technology Advanced Compliance Solutions, Inc.
