Users Manual

Section 15.105 Information to the user. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Operational Description

Application No.: HM157913 Date: 2007-01-03 FCC ID: QKX0017049 Circuit Description The 49.86 MHz crystal oscillator drives the base of Q2 the final/buffer amplifier. The modulation provided by IC. The output of Q2 has the matching network consisting of C7, C8 and L3 that limit the harmonic content and effect the proper coupling of the antenna to the output stage. Antenna, Ground and Power Source The antenna consists of a 29.5cm long Metal Antenna. There is no external ground connection. The ground is only that of the printed circuit board. Electric current is supplied by a 3 Volt (“AA” size battery x 2) primary battery. Operation Descriptions The transmitter is a remote control toy operating at 27.145MHz band. The transmitter is powered by a 3V battery (“AA” size battery x 2) and the transmitting frequency is crystal controlled. There are 2 joystick to control the forward reverse motor and director of movement. The operation is achieved by different combinations of form pulse modulating signal on the 49.86MHz carrier frequency. Remarks: The transmitter is a 2 Joystick transmitter. The EUT continues to transmit while Joystick is being pressed. It is Pulse transmitter, Modulation by IC; and type is Pulse modulation.
