FULL FUNCTION RADIO CONTROLLER INSTRUCTION MANUAL PREPARATION The controller can be powered by either one of the following way: 1. Open the battery cover on the back of the controller, insert a 9V battery with correct polarity shown in the battery compartment, then replace the battery cover. 2. Connect the controller through its DC-IN jack to a AC/DC adaptor with output of 9V, 250mA (not included). OPERATION The controller is to be used with other electronic devices that provide +5V signals. Connect the controller to such devices through its RJ-11 connector. By receiving signals via 4 pins of the RJ-11 jack from other devices, the controller will transmit controlling signals to control various functions of R/C toys which work at the same frequency of the controller and recognize the controlling signals from the controller.

As indicated in the test report, the peak reading is below the average limits so averaging reading is not required to demonstrate compliance. However, on the second harmonics ( 54.3MHz ), the peak reading is above QP limit so the QP reading is required. Please provide QP reading for second harmonics. Question #2: User manual deos not contain information required per section 15.21 of FCC rules. Please provide revised user manual. Best Regards The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted.
