Like all handsfree scanners and contactless RF devices (e.g., ski lift access control devices), SKIDATA™ handsfree products used for contactless processing (reading and coding) of chip-based data carriers inevitably generate an electromagnetic field in close proximity to the antenna. To ensure the greatest possible safety for wearers of active medical implants (e.g. pacemakers), RF- based SKIDATA™ devices have been subjected to further tests by an accredited testing body. The test results indicate that SKIDATA™ devices, when used as directed, are perfectly safe for pacemaker wearers passing a handsfree ski lift a…

Picture may vary from actual product Reading DevicePage 1/2 AS x70i DUO/IRIR and AS x70i DUO/KEY The reading device processes bar code cards and hands-free data carriers in 122,88 kHz and 13,56 MHz technology. Barcode tickets are processed with a 2-orientation scanner without motor-driven feeder. Hands- free data carriers are processed with an integrated antenna. The two-line display as well as the red/ green lights provide the user and the control personnel with information on the access. Highest quality and durability due to the use of highest-grade materials (aluminum cast body, antenna front made of ABS solar). This means a maximum of quality, fail- safety and durability. If nevertheless a defect should occur, each reader has its own electronics, whereby at a possible failure only one access lane is blocked for a short time. Due to the good serviceability the electronics can be replaced simply and fast even by untrained personnel. Features •Antenna front serves, if desired, as advertising surface •Fast and reliable access data acquisition and storage •ISO 15693-compatible •Suitable for inside and outside use under all climatic conditions •Contains no mechanical components, which makes it virtually maintenance-free •Highest comfort, as the hands-free antenna is always mounted to the left-hand side (Swatch Access) •Constantly reliable hands-free functionality across a large reading range (long range) and across the entire temperature range •Full stand-alone capacity due to autonomous ticket verification/self-intelligence, flash memory and optional storage card •Direct standard Ethernet network connection and consequently access to the internet, alternatively Arcnet 730 1600 - 1900 515 730 - 1030 1100 - 1400 Designs, Accessories AS x70i DUO/IRIR................... suitable for processing of bar code tickets, in 2 orientations based on infrared (copy protection) and hands-free data carriers in 122.88 kHz and 13.56 MHz technology AS x70i DUO/KEY................... suitable for hands-free data carriers in 122.88 kHz and 13.56 MHz technology 937310000 ...............................power supply for access terminal; switched power supply 240 Watt for max. 2 readers inclusive turnstile, 220/110 V Entry keyboard......................... entry keyboards for stand-alone reader AS x70 DUO/H......................... covering hood Technical Characteristics Data carriers............................ barcode tickets, keycard, Swatch Access, KeyBand, GORE- TEX ® glove Throughput ...............................approx. 700 people per hour (practical value, the theoretical reader speed is significantly higher) Display ..................................... 2 x 16-digit LCD Signals.....................................acoustic, lights Housing dimensions................. 750 x 1000 x 280 (w x h x d) Weight ...................................... 25 kg Power supply........................... 24 VDC +/- 15 % Power consumption................. max. 120 W Temperature range ...................operation: -40 °C to +40 °C, storage: -40 °C to +70 °C Housing color........................... blue RELIUS E-14-45, orange (PANTONE 151 C) Frequency ................................122.88 kHz AM, 13.56 MHz Reading DevicePage 2/2 AS x70i DUO/IRIR and AS x70i DUO/KEY
