XceedID Corporation was purchased by Ingersoll Rand in 2008. The XceedID Corporation name and brand continued to be used while under the Ingersoll Rand corporate umbrella. At the end of 2013 the Securities Technology business unit of Ingersoll Rand was spun out to create a new entity, Allegion PLC. XceedID Corporation was part of the Securities Technology unit. The XceedID Corporation will remain a legal entity under Allegion PLC. Thus the company name used for regulatory filings should be XceedID Corporation. Regards, Bryan Hoff
