Insert the batt ery, c ontacts end fi rs t, and gently pres s the batt ery into place. 3. Replace the back cover, making sure all tabs are secured and there ar e no gaps. Note: Some phones may already have the batt ery installed. If you lose your phone, or if it is stolen, let us know right away, and we’ll suspend service. We can help you get a replacement phone. We usually can have it to you in just a few days. Follow these directions to swap your service and begin using your ne w phone: 1. Go to as surancewireless. com and select the Account Login tab. 2. Log in to your account using your Assurance Wir eless phone number and Account PIN. 3. Fr om the Account overview screen on the My Account page, select Swap Phones fr om the choices listed under “I Want To... ” 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and verify your ESN/MEID number (this number is found under the batt ery after removing the cover). 5. Select a new price plan if you are upgrading or replacing your fea ture phone with an Android phone. We will transfer your phone number and account balance to this phone. Once your service has been activated, swipe up on twice. Home Press Gmail or Play Stor e to run Setup. 2. Follow the prompts to complete the setup screens. Activation may take 5-10 minutes. • Aft er the phone turns back on, the device may ask you to complete a few setup screens to customize your phone. Note: If this is a replacement phone or upgrade, y ou can skip these steps and go to Activate an Upgrade or Replacement Phone for instructions on how to swap your service to the ne w handset. Health and Safety Information Important Health Information and Safety Precautions When using this product, the safety precautions below must be taken to avoid possible legal liabilities and damages.
